Thank you for shopping at Funky Gift Bags. We hope that all of our customers are satisfied with their purchases but if for some reason you want to return your Gift Bag, we offer a refund within the first 15 days of your purchase. 

To be eligible for a refund the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs of sending items back to Funky Gift Bags, 13954 W Waddell Rd, Unit 103, Box 201, Surprise, AZ 85379.  (Original shipping costs are not refundable.) Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return and the refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days.

Replacements are given only if the original product was damaged in transit and only with photo evidence of the damage. Submit photos through our Contact Us form.
